Maura Manijak

Co-Owner, NextPlace Property Management

Maura’s property management experience spans more than 16 years. She is an expert in handling the daily tasks associated with landlords and tenants alike. Prior to starting NextPlace, Maura managed over 500 units providing property management services and practical counsel to 10 condominium association boards.

In 2018, Maura obtained her real estate license. She is also a Notary Public

Sharon Heston 

Co-Owner, NextPlace Property Management

Sharon was raised and educated in the area, attending both, Holyoke Community College and University of Massachusetts – Amherst.  After completing her education, Sharon began her professional journey with a career at Verizon, later shifting to the real estate field.  Sharon is a licensed Broker and started the real estate company, RentNoho.com, over 16 years ago. She is also a Northampton resident, downtown property owner and landlord.

At RentNoho.com, Sharon’s job responsibilities have focused on all day-to-day, as well as long-term aspects of the rental business.  Sharon's experience, as well as the deep value she places in customer service and love of helping clients, is fundamental in all aspects of her successes building strong, trusting relationships with property managers, landlord, and tenants. Sharon also consults with local landlords and developers investing in our area. RentNoho.com is proud to have received several "Gazette Readers’ Choice Awards" -- earned by votes of confidence from our community.
